List of Tax Sales

Before researching property sales information, here are some helpful definitions:

Struck Off - Property did not sell on the original sale date and may be available for resale.(http://www.co.travis.tx.us/tax_assessor/foreclosure/resales.asp)
Pulled - Property was retrieved by original owner before the sale date.

Details on the Tuesday, April 06, 2010 sale will be made available in the Austin Chronicle by Tuesday, March 16, 2010 and on this website on Monday, March 22, 2010 . Deadline to request a statement of eligibility to participate in this sale: Monday, December 28th.

Auctions are held at 10:00 am on the west steps of the county courthouse at 1000 Guadalupe St., Austin, Texas, on the first Tuesday of the month.

Methods of payment include cash, check, cashiers check, money order and major credit card. Payment made with credit cards will be subject to a service fee of 3%.
