Effective immediately, the Civil Courts will accept applications of attorneys who wish to be placed on the Civil Courts Attorney Ad Litem Appointment List, pursuant to the Texas Government Code, Sections 74.092 and 74.098. Please contact the District Judges Office, Heman Marion Sweatt Courthouse, 1000 Guadalupe Street, Room 327, Austin, Texas, or visit our documents archive on this website. This is a separate list than the attorneys on the Child Protective Services (CPS) appointment list.
