The Cash/Investment Management department monitors the county's operating funds and manages investment portfolios per the Travis County Investment Policy and the State of Texas Public Funds Investment Act.
The department also coordinates the county's bank depository contract and administers the financial records of the County Corporations via contractual agreement.
