Travis County Storm Water Management Program (SWMP)

All our creeks and watersheds drain to the Colorado River, which flows through the center of Travis County. The Colorado River flows from the rocky hill country in western Travis County, through Lake Travis, Lake Austin and Lake Lady Bird. The river continues through the Blackland Prairie and farmland in eastern Travis County passing into Bastrop County at Webberville.
