Travis County Auctions

Currently the County has contracts with three auction houses for selling surplus equipment. Some auctions are held online. Anyone can participate in the bidding process. All proceeds go the Travis County general fund. Check the web sites for times and locations and to see what's available.

GovDeals

GovDeals provides services to various government agencies that allow them to sell surplus and confiscated items via the Internet.

Gaston Sheehan Auctioneers

Gaston & Sheehan Auctioneers, Inc. operates auction and storage facilities in Central Texas. These facilities serve clients such as the U.S. Marshals Service, U.S. Customs Service, Internal Revenue Service, Travis County, Law Enforcement Agencies, Bankruptcy Trustees and numerous commerical lending institutions. All locations are licensed with the State of Texas as Vehicle Storage Facilities and meet all state requirements for vehicle storage.
