Pretrial Services makes recommendations to the court regarding eligibility for release on personal recognizance (PR) bond as well as those conditions that should be made a requirement of release. The department strives to assure the safety of the community and the return of the defendant to court by providing supervision and referrals to appropriate treatment sources.
