The Human Resources Management department

  • advertises and recruits for vacant positions,
  • administers the employee benefit programs such as medical and dental insurance,
  • admininsters the county's classification and compensation system,
  • provides clarification of personnel policy issues,
  • resolves employee relations issues, and
  • conducts training for employees and managers.

In addition, they work to ensure a safe work environment through internal claims administration and implementation of safety and loss control programs.
