The Human Resources Management department
- advertises and recruits for vacant positions,
- administers the employee benefit programs such as medical and dental insurance,
- admininsters the county's classification and compensation system,
- provides clarification of personnel policy issues,
- resolves employee relations issues, and
- conducts training for employees and managers.
In addition, they work to ensure a safe work environment through internal claims administration and implementation of safety and loss control programs.
