Improvements to substandard road that will allow the road to come into compliance with County road standards, and provide property owners, school busses, mail service providers, and emergency service providers all-weather access to the properties. The improvements will also allow the road to meet County roadway standards and be accepted onto the County system for future maintenance and traffic safety enforcement. |
