Are children allowed?
We have no child care facilities. Children must remain in school or with their usual caregiver while the parent is on jury duty. If you normally pick up a child from child care or school at a particular time, you must make alternate arrangements for the day of jury selection because sometimes it is not completed until evening.
If you are selected to serve on a jury, the judge will tell you when you will recess each day (typically 5 p.m.).
