The form below has been developed for use by attorneys who have been appointed by a criminal court to represent an indigent criminal defendant.
Appointed attorneys must meet certain requirements set forth in Travis County's Fair Defense Act appointment plan. If you would like to participate in the court appointed attorney program, please contact Criminal Court Administration at (512) 854-9244 for information on the application process.
