A Message from County Clerk Dana DeBeauvoir
Welcome to the Travis County Clerk's Elections Division. I hope you'll take a moment to look around and see the ways my staff and I are working to make sure your voice is heard and your vote counted as part of the free exercise of democracy.
My office is responsible for conducting federal, state and county elections -- from presidential contests to bond elections. We also contract with school, college and other special districts to conduct efficient local elections.
We hire and train election workers, test and maintain the County's electronic voting equipment, and precisely tally all votes with a system of checks and balances to ensure each vote is counted accurately and securely.
We take these responsibilities seriously, and we invite your comments and suggestions for way to ensure that Travis County’s elections are as open, accurate, fair, and accessible as possible.
