Several types of forms are filed in the county clerk's office:

JDI

Judicial declaration of intent to comply with the Judicial Campaign Fairness Act

By a judicial candidate, prior to receiving or expending campaign funds

PFS

Personal financial disclosure statement

County court-at-law judges, probate judges, the county judge, county commissioners and the county attorney: April 30 of each year for officeholders; 40 days after the regular filing deadline for candidates and officeholders who are on the ballot.

District judges: File with the Texas Ethics Commission

Other county officials and executive managers: By Travis County Ethics Policy - February 28 of each year; 30 days after becoming a "candidate in fact."

NOTE: Campaign finance filings are considered timely filed if the postmark date is the date of the deadline.
