The kind of work we do is Civil Process for Citations, Subpoenas, Summons, Evictions, and Writs which includes Executions, Garnishments, Re-Entries, Order of Sales, Sequestrations, Possessions, Protective Orders, Injunctions, Temporary Restraining Orders, Attachments, Distress Warrants, Peace Bonds, Bill of Sales and Deeds.   • 10% of 1st $20,000.00
  • 4% of amounts greater than $20,000.00

+ Additonal $55.00 per hour /per deputy is reuiqred for officer to perform service that exceeds 2 hours and/or out of county service.
